Atalay Endustriyel is authorized seller of SMS Hydraulic Vibro Hammers for foreign and Turkish markets. Our manufacturig plant established in 1970 in the city of Kocaeli (100 km away from Istanbul). Since its foundation company pursued its activities by producing special machines and spare parts for private industrial organizations and companies.
Hydromotor : For all of our models we perefer to use Parker products, which is well known at all around the world and trustable.
Bearings : For all of oour models we perefer to use original SKF (made in Germany) 2300 series ( Yellow Case ) with c3-c4 space
Gear System : We produce our own gear system directly from 17CnMo6 material, with heat treatment, Hardness : 53-58 HRC , all gear profiles girinded.
Lock Valve : Original HAWE (Made in USA)
For Hydraulic System : We use SUN valves
Hydraulic Block : We produce hydraulic blocks by ourselves directly in our plants.
Case of products : case of products made of St44-2 steel with heat treathment and tension removal procedures applied.
In our manufacturing plant we produce Excavator Mounted Vibratory Hammers with our professional staff and we can produce 20 pcs for per month. For all our products we hold CE certificates, and ISO 9001:2008 quality certificates too.
